Andrea Schmitt brings more than 25 years of experience in executive communications, project management, and the operational management of complex processes. She held various roles at major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, and TARGOBANK, where she led cross-functional projects with a strong communications focus.
One of her core areas of expertise is the planning and execution of employee and leadership events – both in internal corporate contexts and in public settings. Her responsibilities included organizing large-scale events, optimizing operational workflows, team leadership, staff training, and coaching. Over the past twelve years, she also served as a central interface for internal communications at a leading banking service provider.
Andrea has been actively involved in charitable organizations and most recently led a nonprofit. She lived in Asia for several years, where she also supported projects for an international women’s network.
